Cradled in His Hands

I.
I lay back in His hands,
His lap a cradle of warmth
and support beneath my neck and head.
My eyes pool with tears.

What have You done? I ask.

II.
I learn that manifestation and prayer,
together, are potent connections.
He has taken my heart’s desires and my experiences—
my prayers—
and spun them out into surprising gold.
He gives them back transformed
into the true spirit of all I work at
and long for.

III.
He knows the components I need to succeed.
I trust Him more than I have ever trusted.
That chaos back there—
all that flame and brimstone?
Worth it.
He has molded me expertly, not just into who
I thought I could be,
but who He knew I was all along.

What a beautiful pathway it is
to belong to Him.

      1. Loki is real, as real as any God across any faith or devotion. Why do I believe He’s real? Revelation. He revealed Himself to me, and in the true sense of revelation, it has been miraculous and life-changing for the better.
