I.
I’m enjoying my introspection.
My descent is graceful this time—
less resistance.
I notice I’ve grown my tolerances.

II.
The dark is spacious,
cooling, all-inclusive.
I no longer fear judgment down here;
I’ve learned to embrace
myself whole—
in acceptance, not rejection.
Within the water, I heal best.

III.
I like the emotions wracking through me.
I used to not get to experience them.
I love having the space to feel safe enough to,
and the strength to appreciate
all shades of love—
from immature to blossomed,
to decay and nutrient-dense—
all a gift.
