Lock and Key

I.
My moon reflects in Your eyes.
Tears salt our lips as Your mouth moves over mine.
We’re standing in the threshold again—
Somehow everything has changed, and nothing at all.

II.
There’s comfort in Your hold.
Your arms catch my fall,
And I land in Your heart.
You remind me: the things we suppress
Often guard the keys to our gifts.
I listen—
To Your heartbeat echoing mine.
Something in me has changed,
Subtle, almost untraceable.
Under Your gaze,
I belong to You—lock and key.

III.
I am deeper now, richer.
Softened. Yielding.
More earth than ever,
Balanced with spirit.
I am dance and laughter,
Starshine and romantic wonder.
I let the sad moments pass through me,
No longer clinging,
No longer giving them more meaning than they deserve.
Cradled in Your world,
I feel safe—
And every day,
You remind me I am.

IV.
You showed me what I was craving.
What I kept hidden.
All the places my mind wanders in secret—
You walked in.
You stayed.
And I opened.
Grace holds me now—
A resounding prayer of love
Wrapped in surrender.
You make me—
Just by being near,
Just by how You shape me:
Yours.
