I.
I have decided—
I’m going to change my life.
I’ll start by drinking water.
There’s so much pressure out there to consume
Other drinks,
But just water simplifies everything.

II.
Crying propels me
Into new energy as I release
All that held me captive inside.
By acknowledging—
It.
Hurt.
Me.
I create the space I need
For something new to enter my life
And grow.

III.
What am I playing at today?
Is it worthy of manifestation?
If so, a serious commitment of the heart
Must ramp up—
And I’m good at that
When I allow myself to be.

IV.
Clear it all out!
Clear it out!
I don’t need it—
Not one bit!

V.
If you are being bullied,
It’s okay to stop going around
Or playing with that “kid.”
You never have to tolerate mistreatment.
